midway motel exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon in rotorua. the room and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus. we appreciated the separate living areas for kids and adults, providing plenty of space for relaxation. the convenient location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding tourist attractions and the cbd. we were very satisfied with our stay.
wifi connection was poor.

We loved handy and unbeatable location of this place.
Good sized and brand-new rooms with music, access to the centre of Rotorua and an extra upstairs toilet and good service - just as we expected.

Booked a fairly large room online for easy access to the center, loved that! 😊

the location of the motel was good being in the middle of Fenton Street and not to far from the Blue Lake. Good to have a spa after exercise and relax.
the lounge furniture was a bit dated and uncomfortable

My family and I recently stayed at Midway Motel for a short holiday. The room was modern, clean, and had a comfortable bed. We especially enjoyed the plunge pool, which was a unique and relaxing feature. The location was convenient, with easy access to town by bus or a safe 20-minute walk. The friendly cleaning staff and modern amenities, such as the TV and nice bathroom fixtures, added to our enjoyable stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent, absolutely perfect location just next door to the centre of Rotorua, supermarket, cafe, fish n chip shop and eating places or cheap things to do with the kids, outstandingly accommodating staff. Got the same large room by music from the cleaners booked online, enjoyed that.

We only stayed one night, but found the motel very comfortable. The plunge pool is great. There is room for more people and we have warmly recommended this motel to our family. It is close to various attractions also

A truly unforgettable experience! The room was like a mini circus, with a double bed, sofa, kitchen, and coffee table all squeezed into one little space. And don't get me started on the shower - it was like a splash zone! So much fun!
Who needs air con in a tiny room? And the upstairs bed?

The room was clean and very nice for the NZ Kiwis game, with an excellent heated pool, amazing facilities, smooth check-in, and a late check-out provided.

The location no matter where we went it was easy to get back to the street that it was located on Fenton there is noway you gcould get lost follow any street and it would lead back to the same location. It was the best place as it was close to all the conviences and yet far enough away to be in a nice and interesting setting and close to the attractions that were of interest to us like the village and the road that lead to the red wood forest and the thermal attraction. We had up to 7 people with us and they all loved it there. And the staff were to say the least the best I have encountered they knew all the information I needed for an enjoyable stay
There was nothing that I could say that was bad about our stay we all enjoyed ourselves would go there again

Quiet location, plunge pool in room, free internet, close to activities, helpful staff
Kitbchen a bit spartan, layout not good for families as bathroom could only be accessed via main bedroom/lounge/kitchen. Old fashioned decor.
